· Because having only one person with Gluten-Intolerance can affect the whole Family
· Because Celiac Disease/Gluten-Intolerance can create or affect an entire Family of other diseases such as Arthritis, Autism, Cancer, Depression, Diabetes, Infertility, Migraine, and many more.

SPEAKERS: We're excited to confirm some incredible Speakers for our Expo.
· Melinda Dennis, MS, RD, LDN is the Nutrition Coordinator of the Celiac Center at Beth Israel Deaconess and co-investigator of celiac-related research.
· Shannon Ford, Mrs United States 2011, is proud to promote her platform, “1 in 133 – Raising Awareness for Celiac Disease”.
· Pam Cureton, RD, LDN of the University of Maryland Center for Celiac Research

FUNDRAISING: We’re thrilled to announce two opportunities for us to help out.
· Camp Weekaneatit is a week-long kids-only summer camp for children and teenagers with Celiac Disease or Gluten-Intolerance.
· Gluten Free Friends of Tampa has officially started a Gluten Free Food Pantry within Metropolitan Ministries' Emergency Food Pantry!
